I think my flaws are what define me the most and make me who I am ... I'm a beautiful disaster, and so are you ... It is sad that you believe it. We are all flawed - each and every one of us. When you believe your "flaws" stand in your way of meeting someone, being someone's best friend, finding a job you love and so on - then of course you will have trouble all your life.
Embrace who you are. Quit thinking you are flawed and simply accept who you are right now.
