My 18 year old sister lives with me and is dating a guy I hate cause he has consistently hurt and used her but their in "love". I am sick of fixing and maintaining her life. Is asking her to move out selfish?

No you're not selfish. You can't "Fix" anyone. Stop trying.

Tell her to leave within 30 days. But be prepare for a verbal and possible fight.

About 99% of people who's relatives "put them out" or ask them to leave end up fighting and calling the police.

Well it sounds like its the guy bothering you and not her. Is this guy coming to your house does she talk about him? Tell her if she wants to live with you keep her relationship with him outside of your house. Its her own self that needs to realize the guy is not worth it and making her move out will probably result in her living with him. Therefore, she may be used a lot more and it wont help her get out of a relationship with this guy.

Then again it depend if the person asking the question is the younger sister and its the family. if that's the case talk to your parents about it. If not you might just need to talk to her about the guy and how he makes you feel but if she claims she loves him then theres nothing you can do about it.

Actually ... once you let someone "move in", the law protects their rights as if they are a tenant even if they aren't paying rent.
Which is why another answer says to give her the legal notice (usually 30 days).
