Well .. That would depend on what this boy is expecting and just how he really feels about you. What you think is 'just kissing' may not be exactly the same as what HE is thinking or is hoping for.
If he's not a close cousin or some other relative, I don't see it as a problem, unless of course he is your brother and he's the pharaoh. If that's the situation, it's okay even then.
