I think maybe you may have a minor self-esteem issue, but there are plenty of worthwhile nerds around, (Bill Gates, anyone?). Just be yourself.
It really isn't up to us to determine whether you should exist or not, but you have as much right to as anyone else.
What do you think of you? There's always gonna be people to tell you you shouldn't exist, and everyone else thinks you should. I think you are in this decade, meaning you need other people to have positive opinions of you, but that's not happening.
