I hear ya , I think all my guy friends are attracted to me too . It's hard being so very very good looking :p Annnd I'm kidding :) I'm not really that vain , or maybe I am ;) but in all seriousness why does is matter ? If you're attracted back flirt , if not keep it as friends. Guy or girl same way of dealing with that situation :)

If this is something you wouldn't welcome, I would ignore it, unless your friend makes it obvious. You might be wrong and it might offend your friend if you ask. You might be right, in which case, you will be bringing it up, only to turn your friend down.
If this is something you would welcome, you could start the conversation by asking if he ever thought of men in a romantic way. If he gets all indignant, drop it like it's hot!
Uhm, If he likes you, he will probably act differently whenever he's around you. It may not be that easy for you to spot if you don't know the guy, but it is very obvious to his friends and they will usually be happy to let you know.
It doesn't necessarily have to be about big stuff. It could just be about small achievements that he's proud of and doesn't usually talk about. It's just stuff he thinks could make you more interested in him.

I think what would help you is to know what stance you take personally on homosexually. Sometimes people are lulled into whatever is popular at the moment, everyone is doing it so they join the crowd. It takes more courage and strength to do your homework determine your stance and then make a stand based on knowledge not emotion.. Usually a person isn't approached when its clear what they believe. But when you're indecisive you're transparent. There is a nice article I enjoyed entitled, "I'm attracted to the same sex - Does that mean I'm gay".
