You have two choices really. Carry on or stop. That choice is up to you, but if you are seeing the benefits then you should continue regardless (in my opinion anyway) :)
I decided to get fit because I am broken hearted. I already see the effect of my hardwork. But the question is my CONSISTENCY. Wondering what will happen to me when the time comes, do I get to move on?
Exercise is a great way to deal with anxiety,stress etc & it's a great way to keep in shape. Just try not to change yourself as a person too much,you have to remain true to yourself & people have to accept you for the person you are.
