I go to bed when I'm tired. If I've been working, usually 9:00-9:30, sometimes 8:30 if I don't feel well. When I'm not working, probably the same time because I enjoy reading.

I try not to sleep on the M25. (Or any other motorway/freeway/autobahn/autoroute).

Otherwise anywhere, anytime, pretty much.

It totally depends on if I'm doing work or not. I'd say an average is around 11PM or so.

If I have tons of work to do, I'll be asleep latest 2AM... Sometimes, I don't even have to be doing work to fall asleep that late and it'd be because I get very distracted easily.

Other times, I just can't fall asleep, despite not having many distractions! Then, I could fall asleep at any time between midnight, 3AM, or something like that... Bottom line is, I don't sleep very early! >.<

Well it was about 10:30 last night and I was showing my parents some pictures from our school prom and my dad said 'I think it's time we make it official that your bedtime isn't 9:30 anymore, so you can just fail to go to bed at 10 instead.' So technically my bedtime is 10pm, but that's the time that I actually go upstairs, so I usually turn my lights out at 10:30ish, but it takes me aaaaggggeeessss to actually fall asleep.

I've been experiencing a weird sleep pattern lately:

I get home from work around 6pm, have some food, hang out with the family and then fall asleep around 8pm... Then I wake up again around 3am, and spend a few hours on Blurtit and doing other stuff online until it's time to hit the office again :)

At my age I'm usually in bed by 10 pm but I'm likely to be up again any time from 2 am to 5 am. Anything after 5 am is a sleep in.

Insomnia! Ya gotta love it.

Same here about that 5 am wake up. If I don't get up, I get a killer headache for the rest of the day.

I'm lucky, I no longer get headaches. (I think my arthritis medication probably prevents them.) But once I'm awake, even at 2 am, if I haven't managed to get back to sleep within twenty minutes or so, it ain't gonna happen.

I usually don't go to bed until midnight or 2am (if I'm working on something.  I get up at the crack o' dawn.  I can never sleep in.  If I try, I get a splitting headache.

I'm usually in bed by midnight and wake up around 6:15AM during the week. My wife tells me I should go to bed a lot earlier, but I never seem to make it any earlier (I don't listen lol). Good luck on your journey!

I'm usually in bed by midnight and my alarm goes off at 7:00AM. Now that I'm retired, I try to stay on a structured sleep schedule. Besides that, my dog can't hold it for much longer after 7AM.
