Sorry I saw this question late.

But yea, have fun, try stick with your friends and maybe ask the teacher if you can get a drink, take your time when getting a drink. You could tell the teacher that you want to sit down because you aren't feeling well, because it will get hot from all the sport. Just make sure you do lots of running and look hot, then ask.

Thats some things for next time. But, how was the PE lesson?

Yea. I tihnk I find that guys find it harder to talk to other men about themselves (Personal Develppment related) then to women. It seems like women are more knowledgable in the area because they take care of baby boys as well? Not sure, just a thought.

Trust me youll live as we all have before you and we all will after you! Think of it as doing something good for your body,  and we all need that so have fun.

The most popular way to get out of PE is by faking injury or illness. If you're a girl, and have reached puberty, then using your period as an excuse to sit out PE is usually quite effective.

How to get out of PE

Another less effective option would be to pull out claiming you've forgotten to bring the correct clothing or equipment.

Personally, I wouldn't use that one.

Instead, take a look at the following list of excuses you could use, and select the one that is most likely to work on your PE teacher:

  1. Feeling lightheaded or dizzy
  2. Pretend you've just thrown up
  3. Start partaking in PE and then fake an injury
  4. A teacher has asked you to help with a different task instead (you may need to actually find a teacher who needs help, as your PE teacher will probably check)
  5. Your parents have to pick you up because of a family emergency
  6. You've got a toothache or ear ache and it hurts when you run or move around much

Hopefully one of the above excuses gets you out of having to do PE.

Although honestly, PE can be fun and very good for your health, so you shouldn't make a habit of missing this class - or any other class for that matter!
