I told a guy straight up how I felt about him and he won't tell me how he feels.. He occasionally drops small hints that he might like me but I can't tell. Can someone help me out?

I'm not trying to be insensitive or anything, but since you told him straight out but he isn't really doing the same, chances are that he isn't feeling the same way.

 If he did feel the same way, he would've most likely confessed right after you did. But since he's hesitating, then it's probably because he doesn't really know what to say in return because he doesn't feel the same way. 

This has sadly happened to me multiple times so I would know.
