Yes or he's just being a kid...sometimes kids are in love with adults for no reason just because they are nice and pretty

It sounds like he is flirting or trying to make you aware of his presence, although perhaps not in the most subtle way.
What makes me a little concerned is the "sniffing" and stroking of the chest: This seems kind of creepy or pervy, and not sure why he would do that.
I guess it could be that he's young and inexperienced, but my advice is to make it as clear as possible that you are not interested.
How do you do this without telling him upfront? Well if he sees you spending time with and being affectionate with a man that you do have genuine feelings for, that might be one option.
Spending as little time around him as possible, is another wise move in this situation.
Other than that, you just have to accept that young men go through a tough time when they are trying to discover themselves and deal with their sexual feelings. Try to be understanding, but unafraid to law down the law if he starts trying to cross the line.
