Teenagers in diapers - I can't imagine it's something that happens very often, and there are probably a number of reasons for this.
Do teenage boys wear diapers? I grew up with three brothers, and if any of them decided to wear diapers during high school, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have been able to live down the humiliation and embarrassment that they'd have been subjected to.

- Everyone will assume you've got some sort of bowel problem and will hesitate to sit next to you on the school bus.
- You'll end up joining a fetish community where you can meet like-minded individuals.
