Absoloutely agree with you Lindsey.I have been married for 13 years now, have 3 lovely daughters, ages 11,9 and 4 and one very lazy husband who thinks because he brings home the bacon ,he is immune from all household duties.I think women do see those red flags and just really want to believe that her man will eventually change those ways and grow out of them.Unfortunately their lazziness just gets worse!I do believe that there are men out their that are not lazy as I have seen it with my own eyes..They also understand that marriage is a partnership and help with the cooking chores and kids.I think it all stems to how your partner was raised.Mine was raised with a very ambitious mom and a dad who was seldom around(very self centered)so in most cases(not all)one should look at your partners upbringing before you decide to marry them.I am learning the hard way!
Are they lazy because you will fill in for them?
Or are they playing a little game at your expense?
Are they true or do they have a hidden agenda that they got from a "secret handbook" for men?
And if so, what else is in this handbook to break and frustrate us women?

You must have found some losers. I used to work 14 hrs a day as a mech. I would pay for every meal when I took my wife out to eat there are a bunch of losers boys out there that are not men.
A phrase I very rarely use, but you are severely overgeneralizing here.
Not all of them are lazy and immature. Some of them just don't care about life and some of them do.
No,I knows and if they knew why they would have cured it by now LOL I think its just of those guy things it came with the package.
My 48 year old brother lives with my mother and SHE mows the lawn, does all the yard work, does his laundry, AND cleans up after him inside the house. He is a lazy POS sorry excuse for a man. Ridiculous.
You must be talking about the woman, you got the roles reversed there. I see more men working at hard jobs, tending to the home maintenance, mow lawns etc. I see women shopping and cleaning house and laundry. Ever see a woman doing a lot of lawn maintenance? This can be argued both ways see, its all depends on what sex you are and if you want to nitpick.
Maybe it's just the guys you choose to associate with? If ALL men are like this, then how are there more successful men than women?
I think you need to re-evaluate what you find attractive in men instead of choosing their bad points.

Women work harder than men? Why don't you tell that to the men in janitorial and sanitation jobs? Trust me- The world, as you know it, will come crashing down if they refused to do their jobs. If you don't understand what I'm talking about now, you'll understand later.
