For females, it differs which depends on your hormonal status. Your hormones are chemicals in your body and decide when it needs a change. Its a bit like adrenalin which is also a chemical. Hormones start from 9 and onwards. This period of time is when breast enhance, periods happen, hair more greasy and pubic hair.
