What ever you do don't expect the police or cps to help my daughters demon of a very abusive husband came into the state that she moved to get away from him and took the kids and now we can't find them and the police told us he had just as much right as she did to the kids even though he is a felon and now is living with a 17 year old girl he got pregnant thus the reason we thought cps might help but they thought 17 was old enough for washington state we have to get a attorney and he has already said he is going to hide the kids so no one will ever find them ...now what?
It depends why she moved out. If it was family violence? Is she in another relationship? Has she or you used drugs? The only reason this would be to keep her and her kids safe otherwise its abandonment and you can file for divorce because she abondoned your home.but generally abandonment or desertion is found when one spouse decides
to stop living with the other spouse without having a good reason and
leaves with the intention of not returning to the couple's home or that
the marriage should end. A few states distinguish between "desertion" and "abandonment." Desertion requires an intent to end the marriage, but abandonment requires only the absence for a certain amount of time.

I think NO because that will be unfair to not consent the husband!
Yes you can but you must give access if wanted and as long as you don't move out off the country it would be ok I am sure
