Count your blessings! Start a gratitude journal listing all the things you have to be grateful for. Do something nice for someone else. Do something physical, like taking a walk. Learn something new. Put a smile on your face and fake it until you make it.
In order to get rid of bad attitude you can try various things but you need a whole lot of determination. You can try medication as well as yoga. This will help you curve in your right doings and make a path to developing better thinking. It could help you start thinking the right way and also at the same time bring about good values and also lifestyle. Try and think of the good side of things rather than drawing bad and also wrong conclusions. If you are in the habit of thinking something wrong then try and think the other way round. The best and classic way to have a good attitude is to think positive and be positive.
I have an attitude and I know how bad it gets. What I do is go in my room and take deep breaths. Once I calm down I think of how mean I was and then think of all the thing I am greatfull of (like friends and family) This works all the time to cure my attitude. I'm still working on it though. I'm going to try the yoga thing. Lol
