Cut back on your food intake, especially the foods that are bad for you. (Basically candy, sodas, and high carb foods like breads an potatoes.) Add more vegetables. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Get plenty of sleep, and drink plenty of water.
Hi I have been slightly overweight for my entire life and I want to change that. My goal is 4-5kg in two months. Is there any schedule I could go on to help me achieve this goal?
