No. Everyone is different. I had my first date with a guy when I was 15; it was a set-up. He kissed me lightly three times - very sweet. Found out the next day in school he only did that to get back at his girlfriend; he wasn't really interested in me at all.
When the time is right, you will find a guy that will be a good match for you. You will go on dates and you will have your first kiss.
