Why do men ask me to have their babies? I even get this from men I'm not dating and the majority of my boyfriends I've had have asked. I'm still young so I'm not having kids anytime soon
That is very strange and difficult to believe. Sounds more like wishful thinking IMO.
Are you sure they are not saying "wont cha be my baby?" Like as in asking you out?
Maybe you have a caring personality and so men can picture you mothering their children. Or maybe they find you attractive and so feel their offspring will be the same. There are plenty of reasons.

They don't really want you to have their baby, they just want you to go through the motions of making a baby. One you give in, they will leave you.
Women and babies. *Sigh*. Even feminists can get trapped in that one.
But your question reminded me of the actress who wanted to have a baby with George Bernard Shaw. She said, "With your brains and my beauty it would be a wonderful human being." To which Shaw replied, "But what if it had your brains and my beauty?"
