We don't know you or your life so we can't answer that. I will say that all people I have known who felt that way, it was rooted in something that someone else did to them and was from no fault of their own. They were usually hiding some secret pain. If this is true for you, talk to someone and let the pain out. You can than start to heal and learn to not only like yourself, but actually love yourself.
