I've been ditching school a lot lately and am not proud of it all but how can I prevent myself from missing? Any advice?

Hang out at a homeless shelter or a McDonalds and see what your future holds. Stop ditching school, it's important.

If you lived where I do, your parents would go to jail because you're not going to school. The only person who can change your actions is you....I would suggest you get to it before you become a statistic.

I have found that ditching kind of becomes a habit. First get your school work in order. Make sure you are actively making up the work you are missing. Get yourself back on a schedule. Get up every day at the same time, eat breakfast, shower, dress, bring a bottle of water and some of your favorite snacks. Stop off on your way to school for a smoothie, or hot beverage, preferably non caffeinated. Go to school. Meet friends at the entrance. Go in. Have lunch with friends, or go to library to work on school work. After your done at school, do your after school stuff. Do the same thing in the same way for about 3 weeks. Do not miss one day. After 3 weeks you will have made a new habit that you can stick to.

The goal here is to make a schedule, eat, drink enough water, and have your business in order. If you are fed, hydrated, caught up, and hanging with friends who have to be there too, it will make being at school tolerable.
