Eat pizza, pet a puppy, kiss a baby, eat chocolate cake, do volunteer work at a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, animal shelter or anything else that would make you feel good. If you feel good, you'll be happy.
Nobody can't tell.
You should find it out, what things makes you happy ? What things cheers you up ? What you like and love ? Follow them, do what makes you happy and follow your favorite lifestyle, then you'll be more happy.
Being 'happy' is often a choice. You are in control of your happiness .. No one else steers that cart.
Making good choices, surrounding yourself with possitive influences .. Those are the kinds of things you 'choose' to do that will help to maintain 'happiness'. Implement activities that bring you a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction .. Like for example, put forth effort to do go in your chosen path whether it be school, or career, or even your choice of friends. Be grateful for what you HAVE got, not resentful for what you HAVEN'T got .. Be charitable, be supportive, be kind to others .. And make choices that increase 'happiness' and reduce regret in your life.
.. and .. understand that we can't be 'happy' 100% of the time. We are human and far more complex than that .. we have many emotions and feelings. Sometimes, we are sad, angry, disappointed .. When those times happen, so be it .. deal with it and move on. Accept the fact that we ARE complex and can even experience many emotions at one time .. For example .. we can be disapointed about things we can't control and we can make the best of it.
There is always sometime good even in something bad.

If you want to be happy then go out there and help someone. Read to children in the hospital, help at a homeless shelter, volunteer with an animal rescue group.
If you look for happiness you'll never find it, concentrate on making others happy and you'll be surprised at what happens.
go shopping and sleep
Focus less about yourself, instead, help others and you will be happy.
