When I can talk to them in ease and can make a fool of myself without being emberassed around them.... Also if they but me Fried Chicken. Then were extra great friends.

That would depend on what 'level'  of friend you are talking about.  An aquaintance or a true friend.  A true friend is someone whom you can trust and depend on .. No matter what.
