I'm in College and Mid-term grades come out Friday and my mom works there so she will check my midterm grades and I have an F in one class...how can I avoid her yelling at me?

You're in college ... You're an adult ... Start acting like one!

Your mom has no right to open your personal correspondence.

YOU should yell at HER, when she does.

btw - if your parent(s) are paying for the college, THEN - and ONLY then - are they entitled to know what your grades are. If you don't like it, then you should be paying for it.

You're a big kid now so just buck up and face it. The way to avoid this is to NOT get any Fs. Since it's too late for that, just put your big kid pants on and brace yourself.
