There are no set of concrete rules when it comes to Love and relationships as to which gender is supposed to do what and when. This said, the girl can ask just as well as any guy especially is she's tired of waiting for the guy to do something which seems to be a huge problem nowadays. Go ahead and ask and don't worry what others think. One day youll tell your Grandkids how you had to propose or they would never have never come to be.
Usually the guy Is the one that proposes but go for it . Its up to you. Its how you feel so do what you want to do . Best of luck to you.
