Is bullying ok?

No.

Not at all ! I see a bully as a coward who just picks on the weaker ones because that's the only ones they can intimidate. Never be a bully!

If you want to be a good person ... Then no!

Bullying at anytime, anyplace is wrong and extremely childish at best. People who bully others are suffering from low esteem  and lack of confidence as they have to make others look bad so they look good to others. The bad part is there is no sure fire way to ever stop bullying completely so it will always be around.
