Here's an enormous, not so relevant for this question perhaps, but instructive and interesting answer. Bare with me please...I really don't know a definitive answer.However I can speak about my experience.I start with oral for about 5-7minutes and that alone usually makes her come once.I start just by kissing, touching gently and licking. When she's starts to get moistened, I introduce my index finger slowly, with the palm of my hand facing up, I don't think I have a very big hand, but I don't need to use the whole length of the finger, just enough to sense a little hard roughly irregular spot inside (I think it's her G-spot) which I press and rub gently for a couple of minutes. If I combine this with licking and pressing her clitoris with my tongue, and if I keep this up for 3-4 minutes she'll come, almost a fact lol.After she comes once I start penetrating her very gently (because the whole area is a bit sensitive now) and switch between 3-5 positions max, and I usually take about 2-3 minutes with each position (there's so much a man can take :P, at least for me I can't take it any longer than this most of the times). We usually end up in the position where I'm lying down facing the ceiling and she's sitting on top of me, facing me (she doesnt jump up down, she usually rubs her crotch, which does not only involve penetration but also rubs her clitoris on me, which I think is very pleasurable for her). This one always makes her come again, and when she starts coming, I can't help it and I usually come also. If we both did, we stop for a bit to catch our breath lol. When she's ready again, 3-4 minutes from behind always finishes me off.And we lye down on our backs holding each other, she usually puts a tissue between her legs to keep from dripping the bed or car.So, if I add up the time, I have from 6 to 15 minutes of actual intercourse most of the times, with a few exceptions that can last up to 21 minutes, and 5 to 7minutes for the foreplay. She usually comes twice, once in foreplay and another one in intercourse, but there has been some times she only came once, fortunately she always does come once at least.However everything I said is based solely from my experience, and I'm sure there will some people who think differently about all this. I know I should care less about the minutes, but seriously I don't, it just comes to me natural, we love each other very much and this is what usually happens when we have sex, most of the stuff I had to learn by myself and some times just looking at her face or listen to her breathe to know if its good or bad. And most of all by talking to her, during or at the end of sex, what did she like or dislike.
