I don't think you're the only one. When I'm really irritated or when I'm in a bad mood, I sometimes do this. And I'm sure there are others out there who can relate to that. Although it shouldn't happen on a daily basis. If it does, then you should probably get some help. But if it happens from time to time, it's normal.
Yeah I do to. It is a common trait I believe, as we are all capable to of being distracted when our emotions take over and cloud our judgement.
It might sound lame but you should try and count down from 10 taking deep breaths to calm down if you are feeling this way. It really does help.
