Move out as soon as possible.  I can't imagine anything that would work with all the crazies out there.  Been there done that.  My daughter shared with a bulimic anorexic along with 2 other women.  The anorexic ate her entire birthday cake before she got it and puked it up in the toilet.  Other than that, where everyone goes their own way, and respect labels in the refrigerator.

Keithold nailed it!!! However, if you have to share a home with someone who isn't your lover. Do; clean-up after yourself. Do; use your own groceries. Do; be respectful of the normal sense of decency (explained shortly). Do; use your own toiletries. Do; pay your bills on time. Do; be respectful of the other's sleep time.

Do not walk around naked if it bugs anyone in the household. Do not allow yourself to get involved in another's disagreement/argument.

Obviously, I was a roommate...found its the quickest way to end a friendship!!

Always respect your housemates' PRIVACY, and leave the bathroom the way you would wish to find it for you, when it is your turn to utilize it.

Everything else is negotiable.

Keep the community spots clean, always picking up after yourself. Share any other work 50/50, like shoveling snow or mowing grass etc... Other than those two Dos I can only think of one don't, don't disturb the housemates when they are in their own rooms. Should be peaceful all around then. Oh yea and everyone splits rent lol
