I do not fear it as long as it doesn't hurt. I hate pain. I consider death like when I was in my coma after my stroke. To the extent that I was in sleeping mode[FOR 3 MONTHS]. Though during my coma I could hear people and those mean doctors saying that 'if' I ever awoke I would definitely be a "vegetable". Who died and made them God? So I came out of it as a fruit...lol! We've gotta be a 'lil fruity;right grandpa? Seriously, I've been by the side of 3 loved one's [2 family, 1 awesome, young friend] and they ALL went peacefully. My thoughts are the nurse/hospice administers enough Morphine that one feels no pain. ♥ ya Nassy

Contrary to popular belief, the Bible says we do not go to heaven or hell when we die. We sleep in the grave until the resurrection when the Bible says: "And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. (Daniel 12:2)

Nassy, you don't know how you are so right about what you said. I agree with you 100%. People should learn to read their bibles properly

No I don't fear death itself but I am scared of the way I would die. I've seen many people suffer for years of cancer and other illnesses and the amount of pain they go through. The look in their eyes when they look at you as if they beg you to make an end to their suffering. I don't want to die like that

A lot of people are.. But im not one of them
most fear it for they have many plans in life.. They have so many much things to achieve and do and would want to have it first.. So if they die.. Those dream wouldn't happen..

im not saying i don't have dreams.. I just think that death is inevitable.. Thats why live life to the fullest for no one can tell when a person dies... If its your time.. Its your time.. ;p

I didn't used to be, but since I've gotten older, and had kids, I'm more aware of my mortality than before. I know it's going to happen, but I hope it's a long time away. I want to see my grandchildren born and raised.
