Concentrate on living... Death will come in time.
There is no way to stop it.
Think of it like this, you find a way to slow it down or delay it... EVENTUALLY it will happen.
I assume you are younger, I feared death when I was younger... But trust me, when you see enough of your friends and family pass away, into the great unknown..... Suddenly death doesn't seem as bad or unfriendly..... Because wherever our loved ones went to, is where we shall go to one day.
So we will be in good company.
But the bad thing in this world is that we focus on birth and death, we completely overlook the bulk of what is in the middle, that being life itself.
We only seem to ever focus on what comes at the end, and how it came to be in the first place, never really fully embracing the entirety of it all which inhabits the center most part.
