You husband makes a big investment with out consulting you. You feel he is cheating on you. To answer your question if he is going to bike week without you tell him you do not want him to go. If he refuses say good bye. It is obvious there is a lack of trust and communication in you relationship with him. If he will not either take you to bike weekend (especially when he has money to buy a bike) or not go for you he does not love you enough. Why bother  finding out what he is  doing or who he is seeing if you do not trust him and he does not appear to love you enough not to go or take you with him.

Better yet if you do not trust each other just confront him and if you do watch him chances are he will act unusual if he is. If he says he is not ask not insist that he stay or takes you with him. If he cannot do one of these things for you I would leave him.
