If you're sick, you should be resting your body at home, in bed, and not risking getting sicker by going to a public pool. Pools too, are a terrible place for spreading germs, so if you have the flu etc, other pool users can possibly catch whatever you have. don't do that! Stay home until you're better. Better for you and better for the other pool users :)
