Can I Sue For False Accusation If I Can Prove Of Being Accused Of A Child Molester?

I have also been falsely accused of molesting my daughter. I researched and spoke with lawyers on taking actions against my accuser who continues making more accusations to date. You can sue for Slander if you can prove she spoke about her accusations to people not related to an investigation into the accusation. You can sue for Libel if you can prove she sent written messages to anyone not involved with the investigation of the accusation. If you sue for LIbel and Slander and you can prove the statements of the accusation was made to others than yourself or investigating parties the accuser must prove them to be true in order to defend against you. If you underwent any psychological therapy or counseling to cope with the stress/emotional hardship placed on you because of the accusations you can sue for reimbursement and or emotional damages. If police reports were made regarding the accusations and the police investigation was unfounded or false then you need to get in contact with the local District Attorney and ask for prosecution for making a false police report. If you can prove false statements were made in court papers under penalty of perjury by the accuser then you also need to contact the police and make a report for perjury and then contact the District Attorney for prosecution for these crimes. If the District Attorney decides to prosecute (highly unlikely and troubling to those accused) then you can sue the accuser for restitution.

Hi California Family law Judge has shown Biased and ignored Ca law when I was short served in custody case. How do I get her recused off the case and a new Judge . I did an ex parte proved I was never served nor minors counsel ever served yet got a default against me as I was delayed in traffic and arrived two hrs late to court after I was called by respondants counsel that I was supposed to be in court that day. Even with the ex parte showing proof of service was incorrect address was incorrect and nobody served she denied this. I have been primary for 3 yrs of my 3 1/2 yr sone and now lost primary custody over this as she refuses to follow the law and is biased against me judge susan lopez giess a ca family judge.
