What To Answer If Someone Asked Me How's Life Going?

You answer and say it's going good, or it's ok or I could be better.

Just answer truthfully are things going good in your life or are you having a hard time right now. Is school,work,going alright or are you having problems with your job. Like I am just hanging out watching tv right this minute and looking around blurt it answering questions so life is going alright for me right now.I can't complain. God is providing all my needs.
