Ask a close friend. If you see someone getting a by a bullie (if in school) (make sure you wear tighty whities that show over your trousers) and bend over so that your but is in the direction of the bullies, I'm sure they will jump in if they don't cough abit, pretend that you don't like it and make groaning noise. If you don't want to do either then hang yourself by the front of your undrwear on a high hook! OUCHY but feels pretty good :D
