I would say there is not this great way to prepare yourself but mentally. This will be a very special time between you and your spouse. If you have fears or desires I would recommend talking to them. I have found that the more communication you have the better the relationship and that includes sexual. If you have never had sex before I would recommend taking things slow and letting your partner know that's what you want. If you take things slow that gives your body time to prepare for intercourse.
