Wrong! That person married to your mother's sister/brother (your blood aunt or uncle) is STILL your aunt/uncle by MARRIAGE! It's rude to call him/her by name! You should call him/her Aunt/Uncle whatever-firstname.
I would think you would call her aunt followed by her name. Example: Aunt Jane
You can call her Aunt (followed by her Christian name) or friendlier by using either auntie or aunty. I feel it depends on whether you call your uncle, Uncle X or just use his Christian name - if you just use his Christian name then I would do the same for the aunt.
You address her by her name. She is your uncle's wife. She is NOT your aunt.

Aunt
I think you can call her as aunt
You address her by her name. She is your uncle's wife. She is NOT your aunt.
She is my uncle's wife. If I call her my untie, what about my own blood? I would rather call her mother or step mother because her children are my cousins, they call her mom.
