Because he is your brother... It is normal to have fight with your sibling and get annoyed.. But in the end you will reconcile... And then tomorrow you will fight again then reconcile... Vice versa...
Boys are so annoying because they like to see you mad. If they do something, and you react by being mad, or annoyed, they know they've won. They love to see your frustration. They like to know they made you mad, and now your dealing with the anger inside you. The best you can do is not cry, scream, laugh, be mean back, just ignore them. That way they can see you don't care.

All siblings annoy each other! Especially when you live together! I used to fight with my sister so much! Now we have both moved out we get along so well!!
Possibly because your smaller than him and that gives him a bigger advantage over you
