Well, firstly, you need to ask yourself a couple simple but very important questions.

One: How do you truly feel about this 'Crush'?

Two: Are you ready to take the next steps needed to safely and smartly pursue this 'Crush' further?

Notice how I put Crush with '' around them? I don't want to knock your feelings because I don't know how you truly feel about this other person but I can tell you that I have had many a 'Crush' in my days. They turned out to be nothing more than fleeting feelings. Someone may seem great now and the thrill is exhilarating but once you have this 'Crush' things may change. And by things I mean your feelings. You may very well find out that you thought you felt one way about them but after getting to know them, you don't feel the same.

Take your time, there is no need to rush. Proceed with a leveled head. Protect your heart and it will save you much pain.
