Turn on the radio and get moving with the music.
I believe in doing whatever that I need to do and then relax, not the other way around. Also I know I need to do I might as well enjoy doing it.
Find motivation. For example, if I were trying to lose weight, I would watch "My 600 pound life" Or whatever it's called. Makes me get up all the time.
I'm motivated if I wake up every morning.
