When I go swimming and hold my breath under water.I always float up even though my face is looking down is it because I'm fat or I just don't know stay deep in the water. If yes,how can I stay deep under water?

I'm a floater too.  I take 2-3 deep breaths to get well oxygenated.  Then I fill my lower lungs without expanding my rib age so much.  Paired with gentle kicks and arm strokes, I can stay under pretty well.

Holding your breath increases the total volume of your body and thereby increases the net buoyant force on your body.

Try hyper-oxygenating your body and then go under without taking such a deep breath.

The better shape you are in, the easier it will become to hypeer-oxygenate and do that.
