I have a friend who would argue that point.
Think of all those abusive relationships. They are full of stress for the victim. And many victims stay in the relationship out of love ... and the idea they can change the abuser.

I don't believe they are staying out of love . . . it's something else and it may be all they know and assign "Love" to it, but I bet once they get into an actual relationship where love truly resides, they would be in agreement . . .

The love for family is a bit different . . . it is more a combination of Storge or Agape in the Greek sense.
