If she didn't notice you after you caught her, then it is a good thing you left. You should have made your presence known. If you don't care enough to speak up when that is happening, you probably haven't cared enough about other things in your relationship.
i feel like there would have been a high level chance of her acting like nothing happened directly to you the next day you need to find a way to speak to her about this cause if you bottle up your emotions about this than it feels like you are going to be dishonest with her about how you are truly feeling after what you witnessed you have ever right to question her about this
