What's the point of asking someone out if they're going to hit on other people ? Casual dating is one thing, I'm referring to people who actually agreed on being together. If you want to flirt around then why waste a persons time?

Flirting and hitting on are two different things. There are some men I flirt with because I know they are "safe". It is just casual flirting among friends. We both know it is not going to go anywhere. And I have been married for 19 years.

If they are actually hitting on someone else, then they are not taking the relationship seriously and you should consider moving on.

Dear Dance Like a Gypsy,

My suggestion would be to back out of any expectations, agreements, and just be with the man as a friend, in the present moment. You will eventually know what is the best destiny for that relationship, and meanwhile you will just have a good time together.

Several of my closest male friends over the years never progressed into romance; sometimes thirty years or even lifetime friendship that outlasts his romantic relationships - just look for what works best with each guy.
