Or course. If you share love with another person there's very little the two of you can't accomplish.

Love is everything that a relationship needs.

When you love, you care, you look after your partner, you sacrifice, you share, you vent, you respect, you understand, you will recognize your priorities, you won't cheat, you won't fall with anyone else, you will support, you will defend, you will carry, you will listen, you will know your responsibilities, and when you lose your true self and feelings at any time, finally you will reach your correct path soon or late, all you need is a true honest love.

Love as an emotion, no. That's not enough for a relationship because emotions are fickle things that change at the drop of a pin. Love as a promise that says, "I will always love you no matter how hard things get" is more than enough for a relationship to survive.
