I would stay clear. He is using you as a backup until something he thinks better will come along.
Thoughts on an ex asking to be friends; & by friends he means friends with benefits, expects gf/wifey tendencies but CLEARY wants to state that he's done with relationships because his recent ex cheated & broke his heart?!
