Should all parents be made to attend parenting classes?

No ! I never had any classes and my kids grew up fine. No, parenting is a work in progress and good for people to learn from trial and error. Never even heard of parenting classes!

Here in Australia they are called parent teacher nights. The parents are required sit down with HR and it's basically a updates of how their children are doing in school. They are generally held once a year.

We just have Open House and once a year parent teacher conferences. Other than that, we're on our own.
