Honestly, every generation is changing. I belive you shouldn't put yourself on low self-estem, just make sure to properly eat & have your share of excercise.

Everyone's different. If it makes you feel any better, I have a few friends like you, 14-year-old boys who are the same height and weight (which is a pleasure for them to tell me about....), and they're pretty healthy.
