I have a friend. I am a freshman in HS we had our ups and downs. She lost her phone a week back and found it like on last Friday and now she is telling me I took her phone. My family is religious and I love dancing the classical dance. My dad owns a temple and she said when she tracked it, it was at a dance studio and says I'm the only person who dances but i learn and teach dance in the temple cause it is a classical dance called barathanaatim. She is giving wrong info to all my friends and separating me from some of my other friends. What do I do?

Tell her you didn't take it ... And if she doesn't trust you, you can no longer be her friend.

And then tell her if she can track her phone, she should go get it.

First you started your question with a statement that you need to reconsider. You stated you have a friend. That person is not your friend. And anyone who blindly listens to her lies is not your friend either.

What you do is look for a better group of friends.

If these other people are believing her unsubstantiated accusations, you might consider that they weren't really friends in the first place.
