Alright, so I met this guy online yesterday. He's a cop.He immediately said he'd buy me a gun for work. He sent me a screenshot of the order. Should I watch out?

Call the police and ask them if what this person is doing is legal!  You may find that they are looking for him. Watch yourself. This is very dangerous.

Could be trying to get your physical address. If he's serious have him send it to a P.O. Box.

Welcome to Blurtit Maggie! So lets get this straight, you're saying that a guy you just met, over the net, bought you a g'n, for your work, and now wants to meet you in person to give it to you. I've never heard of any first dates like that... and I think for good reason. good luck Maggie, We'd like to see you return to this site.

Yes pretty much. We texted all day today and he seems legit. I spoke to him on the phone as well.. I don't get a bad vibe from him just a weird vibe from the situation cuz it's kinda weird. I like it here, everyone's nice and nonjudgmental.. Thanks!

A test to see how gullible you are. If you fall for this story, what else can he tell you that you'll believe? Be extremely wary. Watch your six.

Exactly what I was going to say no cop will buy anyone a gun for work

This is no real cop here at all so no telling what he's trying to sell you. If he's a local cop or pretending to be , contact your local Police Station and inform them of this. This is totally illegal and I even bet the FBI would like to talk to this guy. Sure hope you didn't give him any info about yourself.  That's why when things sound  too good to be true, they usually are and trust your gut feeling in cases like this
